Questions employers ask
What exactly is a seat?
One person on one course, for 3 weeks. A place is freed only if you remove that person from your account.
Can we mix courses?
Yes, and most organizations do. Ten places on Cybersecurity Analyst, five on Network Technician and five on IT Support Specialist is one order. Each course earns its own discount from the number of people on it.
What if we need more seats later?
Buy them from your dashboard whenever you like. There is no minimum on a top-up — the 5-place minimum applies only to a first order. A later order is banded on its own numbers, so topping up does not re-price what you already bought.
Who can use the seats we buy?
Employees your organization nominates, at your company's email domain. You invite them by address, and you can add your other domains — subsidiaries or regional sites — from your dashboard. We do not accept enrollments from individuals.
Do our employees pay anything?
No. Every fee is invoiced to your organization under its order or training agreement. Individuals are never charged.
Can you deliver it as a cohort or workshop?
Yes. Instructor-led cohorts, workshops and boot camps for your employees are scoped with you and set out in a written proposal. Request a proposal.
Can we see how people are doing?
Yes. Who has started, who has finished, what they scored, and every certificate they hold — including credentials they arrived with.
